Supervision

Position Overview:
We are seeking Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our team. In this role, you will implement behavior support plans and provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD, both in their homes and at our centers. For BTs providing in-home sessions you are never working in isolation — our model centers on consistent clinical support from your supervising BCBA and our broader clinical team. You will receive weekly supervision, along with regular connection and check-ins to ensure sessions are going well between supervision visits. This ongoing support helps BTs feel supported while maintaining high-quality care in the home.

Job Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the BCBA, the Behavior Technician will:

  • Implement behavior support plans and provide one-on-one ABA therapy

  • Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during therapy sessions.

  • Conduct discrete trials, and implement behavior support and treatment plans

  • Participate in regular supervision meetings, skills coaching, and case reviews with your BCBA

  • Communicate session updates and collaborate with your clinical team to ensure high-quality, consistent care

What Makes Our In‑Home Model Different

Many BTs worry that in-home work means less support — we’ve designed our program to be the opposite.

Robust Clinical Support

  • Consistent BCBA supervision with opportunities for additional check-ins as needed

  • Structured onboarding and shadowing to ensure you feel confident before working independently

  • Clear session protocols, safety procedures, and step-by-step treatment guidance

  • Regular team collaboration, including case reviews, clinical huddles, and ongoing communication

Why Join Us?

  • Growth Opportunities in ABA: Flexible schedules with opportunities for professional development

  • Competitive Compensation: Competitive hourly rates and incentive programs

  • A Rewarding Career: Help children achieve their goals and make a lasting impact.

  • Tuition Discount: Discounts with our academic partners

  • Masters BCBA Program Support: Supervision and mentoring available for those pursuing BCBA certification

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • 3 months experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

  • Active RBT certification is a plus, not required

  • Ability to lift 30 pounds and engage in active play with children

  • Dependability, consistency, positive attitude and reliability to ensure the child's success.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
