Wavelengths Psychology—voted Best of Long Island 2024 & 2025—is seeking Psychologists, LCSWs, and LMHCs (with Diagnostic Privilege) for full-time (35 hours) or part-time (15+ hours) positions in our Garden City and Massapequa offices.

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed clinician: LCSW, LMHC with Diagnostic Privilege, Psy.D., or Ph.D.
  • Full-time or part-time (minimum 15 hrs/week)
  • Availability for evenings and/or weekends
  • A passion for ongoing learning and developing deeper clinical expertise
  • Strong communication skills & a team-oriented mindset
  • Commitment to high-quality, compassionate care
