Experteer Overview As Medical Director of Medical Affairs, you will lead medical strategies for assigned projects in neuroscience, guiding evidence generation and scientific communications within a matrix organization. You will shape the scientific narrative and align MA deliverables with corporate goals and brand strategy. This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration to support value drivers, market access, and launch preparedness. You’ll operate with leadership, precision, and a strategic mindset to advance medicines that address high-need conditions. Compensation / Benefits • Develop and execute integrated medical strategies for assigned molecules to meet business needs • Oversee strategy integration across core workstreams, including the Scientific Communication Platform • Lead or co-lead Integrated Evidence Generation Planning (IEGP) activities • Communicate MA strategy to Field Medical and translate insights into regional support • Collaborate with clinical development, HEOR, medical communications, and commercial teams to support value drivers and launch readiness • Develop and manage expert engagement plans and scientific communications, including congress content, authorship, and manuscript reviews Tasks • Advanced degree in neuroscience (MD, PharmD, or PhD) • 7+ years in medical affairs, clinical development, academia, or clinical practice in neuroscience/psychiatry • Experience with strategic evidence and scientific communication planning • Proven ability to plan and execute medical affairs strategy for pipeline or marketed products • Strong cross-functional collaboration, professionalism, integrity, and agility • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and travel ~20% Key requirements • retirement savings plan with company match • paid vacation, holiday and personal days • paid caregiver/parental and medical leave • health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision • annual bonus with target 35% of base salary • equity-based long term incentive program
