Seeking a Licensed-LMSW for our behavioral Health Integrated Outpatient Facility specializing in Alcohol/Substance Use. In addition to working with addiction in adults 18+LMSW may specialize in a specific treatment group sessions, modality, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT),Work well as part of multi-disciplinary teams and with other agencies – providing quality care for members of the community.
- Individual Counseling/ Provide counseling to the patient depending on their condition and state of mind.
- Floater/ Case Management
- Group Therapy Counseling as needed
- Crisis Assessments/triage with appropriate interventions.
- Case Manager
- Bio Assessments/Treatment Plans if
LMSW SOCIAL WORK LICENSE REQUIRED
