In this critical role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, handling incoming calls with professionalism and care. - Handle incoming calls from current customers promptly and professionally.
- Listen actively to understand customer needs and identify opportunities to provide additional insurance solutions.
- Work closely with agents and internal teams to coordinate seamless service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Utilize and adhere to strong agency systems and operational protocols to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in agency systems.
- Support agency goals by helping retain and grow existing customer relationships through attentive service.
- Demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving approach to customer inquiries and issues.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within insurance or financial services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Comfortable working within a highly structured, systems-driven agency environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Genuine dedication to providing excellent customer service and support.
- Insurance licensing (P&C and/or L&H) is a plus but not required.
