You'll also coordinate service delivery by assessing the needs of the children and families we serve by linking them to appropriate services. In this role, you'll conduct and lead group activities to support treatment goals and ensure that the Person Centered Plan is created, modified, and reviewed as appropriate through the Child and Family Team. You'll provide agency vehicle transportation as needed.A full job description can be provided to interested/qualified candidates.QualificationsEducation and Experience
  • B.A or B.S. or an Associates Degree in Social Work or a related human service field required.
  • Four years of experience in Mental Health is preferred.
  • Must have a valid NC driver’s license
