Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PMJob SummaryWe are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to deliver structured therapy services through a remote care model. This role is centered on consistent client sessions, clear treatment planning, and measurable progress. You will work with individuals and families to address behavioral, emotional, and relational concerns that impact everyday life.What You’ll Do
- Lead scheduled virtual therapy sessions
- Evaluate client needs and establish treatment goals
- Update clinical notes and treatment documentation
- Review progress and adapt therapy approaches over time
- Coordinate with internal clinical teams when appropriate
- Active LMFT license in Maine
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Experience in outpatient or telehealth therapy settings
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment
