Herspace Mental Wellness is a dedicated outpatient mental health clinic created to support women at every stage of life. We provide a safe, empowering, and culturally responsive environment where girls, adolescents, and adult women can heal, grow, and thrive.
Our clinical focus includes anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, stress management, and maternal mental health, including pregnancy-related and postpartum concerns. We are building a team of compassionate clinicians who are passionate about serving women and creating meaningful therapeutic impact.
Position Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about women’s mental health and has experience or strong interest in perinatal and postpartum mental health, including postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety, birth trauma, and adjustment to motherhood.
This position offers flexibility, strong administrative support, and opportunity for professional growth in a specialized women-centered setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy to girls, adolescents, and adult women
- Provide specialized support for pregnant and postpartum women, including:
- Postpartum depression and anxiety
- Adjustment to motherhood
- Identity shifts and relationship changes
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Utilize evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, etc.)
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EMR
- Collaborate with psychiatric providers and clinical team when applicable
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a supportive clinical culture
- Uphold ethical standards in accordance with Texas LPC regulations
Qualifications
- Active Texas LPC license (required)
- Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
- Experience with trauma-informed care and evidence-based modalities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage caseload effectively

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $34.05 - $41.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
