Twinkle Peds Psych is a growing outpatient mental health clinic serving children, adolescents, and adults across San Antonio. We provide comprehensive, compassionate care including therapy, psychological testing, medication management, and behavioral health services.

Our multidisciplinary team includes psychiatrists, PMHNPs, psychologists, BCBAs, and therapists working collaboratively to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Position Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide outpatient therapy services to children, adolescents, and adults. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across age groups and values collaboration within a team-based clinical environment.

This position offers flexibility, strong administrative support, and a steady referral base.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults
• Provide parent guidance and family therapy when appropriate
• Conduct diagnostic intakes and develop individualized treatment plans
• Treat a range of conditions including anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, behavioral concerns, and life transitions
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EMR
• Collaborate with psychiatric providers, BCBAs, and clinical team
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings
• Maintain ethical standards in accordance with Texas licensing regulations

• ADHD
• Anxiety and depression
• Behavioral challenges
• Autism spectrum support (in collaboration with ABA team)
• Trauma and adjustment disorders
• Mood disorders
• Life transitions and stress-related concerns

Qualifications

• Active Texas LPC or LCSW license (required)
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Experience working with pediatric and/or adult populations
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
• Ability to independently manage a consistent caseload
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required

Pay: $34.05 - $41.00 per hour
