Your Role:
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will:
- Engage directly with clients in both 1:1 and group settings, using creative and effective teaching methods.
- Implement behavior plans developed by experienced BCBAs.
- Collect and record data to track progress and outcomes.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold our ethical standards.
- Grow your skills through continuous training in clinical skills, technology, and professional development.

Qualifications:
- REQUIRED Current RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel across town.
- Completion of required trainings within 90 days of hire (QBS, HIPAA, BLS).
- Valid driver’s license and professional appearance.
Work Environment:
- Engage in active, hands-on work with children, including various physical activities.
- Be adaptable to different settings: home, school, center, or community.
- Must be available to work between 15-40 hours per week, including weekday afternoons and weekends.
