Your Role:

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will:

Engage directly with clients in both 1:1 and group settings, using creative and effective teaching methods.
Implement behavior plans developed by experienced BCBAs.
Collect and record data to track progress and outcomes.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold our ethical standards.
Grow your skills through continuous training in clinical skills, technology, and professional development.

Qualifications:

REQUIRED Current RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel across town.
Completion of required trainings within 90 days of hire (QBS, HIPAA, BLS).
Valid driver’s license and professional appearance.

Work Environment:

Engage in active, hands-on work with children, including various physical activities.
Be adaptable to different settings: home, school, center, or community.
Must be available to work between 15-40 hours per week, including weekday afternoons and weekends.
