About Aryana Wellness Center
Aryana Wellness Center is a holistic, community-centered group practice dedicated to Healing Hearts and Communities One Session at a Time. We serve diverse and underserved populations with culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and spiritually integrated care.
We are seeking a compassionate and clinically strong Spanish-speaking therapist to support our growing Latino/x community.
Position Summary
The Bilingual Therapist will provide individual, family, and/or couples therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. This clinician must be comfortable conducting therapy sessions in Spanish and English and providing culturally attuned services to Spanish-speaking families.
Responsibilities
Provide psychotherapy services in Spanish and English- Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in EHR
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
- Participate in supervision and team meetings
- Support continuity of care and care coordination when needed
- Uphold ethical and legal standards per BBS guidelines
Qualifications
Active California license or associate registration (AMFT, ASW, APCC, LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)- Fluency in Spanish (speaking and writing preferred)
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Strong assessment and clinical skills
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care
- Experience with Medi-Cal populations preferred
- EMDR training is a plus (not required)
