Virtual School Psychologist | California

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A contract opportunity is available for a skilled School Psychologist with telehealth experience to support educational settings. This role focuses on providing psychological services to students through remote platforms, ensuring access to assessments, counseling, and consultation services in a virtual format.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments remotely to identify student needs and support academic success.
• Provide telehealth counseling and intervention services to students addressing social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals via virtual meetings to develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Utilize evidence-based practices in telepsychology to deliver effective support and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
• Maintain thorough documentation of services provided and progress made in accordance with school policies.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid license or certification as a School Psychologist.
• Proven experience delivering psychological services via telehealth platforms.
• Strong knowledge of educational laws, disability categories, and assessment tools applicable to K-12 populations.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging effectively with students, families, and staff in a remote setting.
