Job Description:

The Social Worker will perform case management with a focus on pediatric acute care management. The role involves crisis intervention, grief and bereavement support, and discharge planning within an acute care setting.

Requirements:

• Must have active Mississippi license
• Must have EPIC charting experience
• Licensure requirement: LMSW or LCSW and MS state license
• Must be a Social Worker Case Manager with at least 2 years of pediatric acute care management experience
• BLS certification (AHA required)
• Flu vaccine required; only medical exemption allowed with documented evidence
