As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)at Nexus Solutions for Autism, you will provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to clients under the ongoing supervision of a BCBA. You will support individuals in building essential skills, increasing independence, and improving overall quality of life. RBTs are the heart of our mission—working hands‑on with clients and families each day.

RBTs in our organization receive structured ongoing training, regular supervision, and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive and collaborative clinical environment. BCBAs meet regularly to share expertise, problem‑solve, and create continuity across all client programs so RBTs always feel supported.

Our Approach to Treatment

Our services are grounded in the principles of ABA and delivered with a focus on compassion, cultural responsiveness, and client‑centered teamwork. Treatment plans are tailored to each individual’s unique strengths, challenges, and goals, whether those involve communication skills, daily living skills, social development, school readiness, or reducing challenging behaviors.

We prioritize:

  • Professional development and training for all team members
  • Ethical and evidence‑based decision‑making

  • Collect accurate and objective data on client behavior and skill acquisition
  • Assist in behavior reduction strategies as outlined in treatment protocols
  • Support clients in areas such as communication, social skills, daily living skills, play, and academic readiness
  • Participate in regular supervision meetings with your BCBA to review progress, adjust techniques, and receive coaching
