What You’ll Do

• Work one-on-one or in small groups with students who need behavioral support
• Follow individualized behavior plans and IEP or 504 goals
• Apply ABA strategies to encourage positive progress
• Track student data and communicate with staff and supervisors
• Maintain a structured, supportive classroom environment

What You’ll Need

• Active Registered Behavior Technician RBT certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• ABA or special education experience preferred
• CPI certification is a plus, but not required
• Patience, teamwork, and consistency in supporting student growth
