Experteer Overview In this role you drive both clinical and financial success for the program by leading care teams and managing day-to-day operations. You will oversee four performance pillars—Clinical Quality, Workforce Engagement, Customer Satisfaction, and Financial Security—while collaborating with corporate functions and external partners. The position requires on-call availability and the ability to respond to needs per protocol.
