What You’ll Do

• Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
• Support families with evidence-based strategies
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure quality care
• Provide guidance on DTT and ABA best practices

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification
• Master’s degree
• 3–5 years of ABA experience
• Experience with DTT and assessments
• Strong problem-solving and clinical decision-making skills
• Minimum 25-30 billable hours per week
