Full-time position available at our San Diego (Kearny Mesa) office

RESPONSIBILITIES

Under direction of the Intake Manager, Clinical Services, will be responsible for the initial assessment for services to determine eligibility for San Diego Regional Center services, including interviewing, gathering diagnostic information, and presenting cases to the Developmental Disabilities Screening Team for disposition. The Intake Coordinator will assist with identifying the need for additional evaluations and make recommendation for services, completing the various phases of the intake process within set time lines.


QUALIFICATIONS:


EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

BA/BS or Master’s Degree in Human Services or a related field required. Two (2) years’ related work experience, preferably in the field of developmental disabilities, required for BA/BS Degrees.

OTHER

Exceptional organizational, written and verbal communication skills are required. Proficient with the use of technology. Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting; fast paced environment. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.


STARTING SALARY

BA/BS Entry Level $25.79 to $28.37 an hour

Master's Entry Level $29.67 to $32.63 an hour
