Position Summary

The Behavioral Health Supervisor (BCBA) provides clinical oversight of ABA services, supervises staff, and ensures compliance with BACB, Medicaid, and payer standards. This role supports both client outcomes and clinician development.

Core Responsibilities

• Supervise RBTs and supervisees in accordance with BACB supervision requirements.
• Complete assessments, develop BIPs, and oversee treatment implementation.
• Review clinical data and ensure measurable progress.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and treatment records.
• Train staff on ethical standards, clinical protocols, and best practices.
• Collaborate with families, care teams, and administrative leadership.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Texas licensure or eligibility
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Strong understanding of BACB ethics, supervision documentation, and audits
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple caseloads
