The Role

We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator & Medical Assistant to be the "heart of the house." This hybrid role requires a unique individual who can provide expert clinical support to our providers while delivering a "white-glove" concierge experience at the front desk. You will be the first and last point of contact for our patients, ensuring their journey is seamless, professional, and luxurious.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Support (Medical Assistant):

  • Assist providers during aesthetic procedures, including Injectables, and Laser Resurfacing.
  • Perform patient intake, including updating medical histories in EMR and taking vital signs when required.
  • Manage treatment room turnover, ensuring clinical spaces are sterile, stocked, and prepared for the next appointment.
  • Support wellness services within our Wellness Practice.

Patient Experience (Front Desk):

  • Act as a "Concierge" for the patient journey—from welcoming guests by name to managing the check-in/check-out process.
  • Educate patients on our diverse service menu and medical-grade skincare brands (e.g., Revision Skincare®, ZO®, ColoreScience)
  • Manage the complex scheduling of aesthetic and wellness treatments to ensure an efficient clinic flow.
  • Handle post-treatment follow-ups to ensure patient satisfaction and encourage rebooking.

Qualifications:

  • Certification: Active Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) is required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years in a medical spa, dermatology, clinic, or high-end hospitality environment preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency in medical EMR systems and a strong understanding of HIPAA/OSHA compliance.
  • Vibe: A passion for aesthetics, a polished professional appearance, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive Pay: Depending on experience (based on local Texarkana 2026 averages).
  • Employee Perks: Significant discounts on all services (Tox, Fillers, Lasers) and medical-grade skincare products.
  • Growth: Opportunities for professional development and paid training on the latest aesthetic technologies.
  • Schedule: Typical hours Monday–Friday (e.g., 8 am – 5 pm), with early closing on Fridays.
