As an Associate Clinician, you’ll receive both clinical supervision and business coaching while building your ideal caseload. Our experienced admin team takes care of scheduling, billing, and intake, freeing you to focus on providing excellent care. You’ll also be part of a collaborative, values-driven team culture, with regular opportunities to learn, connect, and grow together.
Therapist Job Responsibilities:
- Provide individual or family therapy (in-person and via telehealth).
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and clinical records.
- Attend weekly supervision (individual/triadic + group) and team meetings.
- Attend weekly Staff Connection meetings.
- Collaborate with peers and supervisors for consultation and support.
- Build a caseload aligned with your skills, interests, and goals.
Therapist Qualifications/Skills:
- Registered in California as AMFT, APCC, or ASW.
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
- Strong interest in trauma-informed, attachment-based, and relational work.
- Reliable, organized, and growth-oriented.
- Bilingual or culturally responsive clinicians are highly encouraged to apply.

Compensation: $28-$39 per clinical hour + Admin Time paid at minimum wage. Supervision, Training & Mentoring Provided | EMDR & EFT Opportunities, as well as other modalities (perinatal mental health, relationship focused, attachment-centered)
