Licensed Therapist for Head of Service- LMFT/LPCC/ LCSW *Sign on Bonus $7,500*

We are seeking a licensed therapist to serve as Head of Service in Lancaster, CA, on-site. This full-time role offers a sign-on bonus of $7,500 and a salary range of $95,000 to $105,000, with benefits including 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and more.

The position involves clinical oversight, supervision, and training of a mental health team, including licensed and unlicensed staff. Responsibilities include providing individual and group supervision, case consultation, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and ensuring documentation meets regulatory standards. The role requires strong leadership, trauma-informed care expertise, and experience working with high-risk youth, particularly those involved in juvenile justice or foster care.

Applicants must be licensed (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW), have at least 2 years of supervisory experience preferred, and be available for evening shifts and crisis response. A valid CA driver’s license and the ability to work in person are required. Candidates with a criminal record are encouraged to apply, and relocation to Lancaster is preferred before starting.
