Position Overview:
Toribio Psychological Services is a clinician led, mission driven group practice serving diverse communities across California’s Central Valley. We are seeking a Psychological Associate who is fluent in both English and Spanish and passionate about providing culturally responsive mental health care.

This position is ideal for early career psychologists seeking strong supervision, meaningful clinical work, and a supportive environment focused on professional growth. Spanish language fluency is an essential requirement for this role and will be used regularly in clinical care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Psychotherapy: Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly. Use evidence-based practices to address a wide range of psychological concerns and support clients on their journey to mental wellness.
• Psychological Assessment: Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations, including cognitive, emotional, and behavioral assessments. Analyze and interpret test results to guide diagnosis, treatment planning, and client feedback. Experience in assessment is a must.
• Collaborative Treatment Planning: Work closely with supervising psychologists and other team members to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
• Supervision and Development: Participate in regular supervision sessions to refine your clinical skills, discuss complex cases, and receive mentorship from experienced psychologists. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with the latest research and best practices.
• Bilingual Services: Provide therapy and assessments in both Spanish and English, ensuring culturally sensitive and effective care for our diverse client base.

Qualifications:

• PhD or PsyD Degree in Psychology
• Experience in Psychotherapy and Psychological Assessment—you’ve worked with clients and conducted assessments, and you’re ready to take your skills to the next level.
• Commitment to Professional Growth—you’re eager to learn, develop, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Bilingual Skills in Spanish and English (a plus, but not required)
• Strong Interpersonal Skills—you’re empathetic, communicative, and passionate about helping others.
