Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
Teach new skills (communication, play, social, daily living, etc.).
Collect and record data on client progress using designated systems/tools.
Collaborate with caregivers and clinical supervisors to ensure consistency across settings.
Attend supervision and team meetings as required.
Use reinforcement strategies, prompting, and proactive behavior management techniques.
Support generalization of skills across environments and individuals.
