What You’ll Do
As a Licensed Therapist at Connected Crew, you’ll play a vital role in providing high-quality mental health services to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting individual, group, or family therapy sessions tailored to client needs.
Developing and implementing treatment plans to help clients achieve their goals.
Maintaining accurate and confidential client records.
Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the best possible care for clients.
Staying up-to-date with the latest therapeutic techniques and practices.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a dedicated professional who meets the following qualifications:

Active licensure as an LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or Associate in the state of North Carolina.
At least 1 year of experience in providing therapy services.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for clients.
A passion for helping others and a genuine interest in mental health care.
