The school is hiring a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) to serve as a key link between home, school, and community, supporting students' social, emotional, and behavioral well-being.
- Provide direct student and family services, including individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, assessments, behavioral plans, and home visits.
- Connect families to community resources, coordinate with external agencies, support IEP and 504 plans, and advocate for vulnerable students.
- Collaborate with staff on system-level initiatives, offer consultation, help develop policies, and deliver professional development on mental health topics.
This full-time role aims to promote holistic student success across prevention, early intervention, and intensive support tiers. Requires an LCSW license and preferably one year of experience; benefits include health, dental, vision, and paid time off. The position involves in-person work.
