Staff Psychiatrist - Up to $5K Sign On Bonus

We are hiring a full-time Staff Psychiatrist to support an onsite inpatient psychiatric unit in Lancaster, CA.

This role involves conducting psychiatric evaluations, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy and behavioral interventions for adult patients in an acute inpatient setting.

Key skills include strong assessment abilities, experience with diverse patient populations in inpatient or emergency environments, and diagnosing and managing mental health conditions.

Requirements include Board Certification in Psychiatry, active CA Medical License (MD/DO), CA DEA, and recent inpatient or acute care experience. The position offers a salary range of $300,000-$450,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and relocation assistance.

Work location is in person in Lancaster, CA, with the need to relocate prior to start date.
