Job Title: Care Manager – ED (Utilization Management)

Location: Bronx, NY (Onsite)

Schedule

• Hours per Week: 35
• Hours per Day: 7
• Days per Week: 5
• Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Weekends/Holidays: Not required

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
• Strong experience in Care Coordination, Utilization Review, and Discharge Planning
• Proficient computer literacy and documentation skills
• Required: Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ASN or ADN) from an accredited nursing program
• Preferred: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Nursing
• PRI and Screen certification within three months of employment.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $63.00 - $64.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

Work Location: On the road
