School Psychologist

School Psychologist (LSSP) | Cypress, TX

$56–58/hour

Duration: ASAP-5/22/26

We’re hiring a Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) to support students across general and special education settings in Cypress, TX. This is a great opportunity to make a real impact in a collaborative school environment.

What You’ll Need

• Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology, Educational Psychology, or related field
• Texas LSSP license (or in process)
• At least 1 year of school-based experience (internship counts)
• Knowledge of Special Education and IEP processes
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

What You’ll Do

• Provide individual and group counseling
• Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments
• Participate in IEP meetings and eligibility determinations
• Consult with teachers, families, and school staff
• Support students during crisis situations
• Maintain accurate documentation and case records
• Collaborate with community agencies as needed

Work Environment

• School-based setting with district-wide travel
• Primarily seated work using standard office equipment
• Occasional light lifting (under 15 lbs)
• Fast-paced days with frequent interruptions
