Job Summary

Intellistars ABA is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our dynamic team in Athens, GA. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) care to children with autism and other developmental disabilities in their natural environment - their homes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct ABA therapy sessions with children, following a treatment plan and under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Implement behavioral strategies to increase positive behaviors and reduce problem behaviors
  • Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
  • Collaborate with BCBA's to develop and modify treatment plans as needed
  • Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other team members to ensure seamless care
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client data and therapy sessions


Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis (RBT) from the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)
  • 0 years of experience as an RBT (new graduates welcome!)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working in a home-based setting
