Inpatient and Outpatient Psychiatrist

We are seeking an active Inpatient/Outpatient psychiatrist passionate about mental health care in Bakersfield.

• Work alongside a team of board-certified child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrists supporting your professional growth.
• Residents graduating in 2026 are encouraged to apply.
• Inpatient duties involve treating patients aged 13 and up for 4 hours daily, Monday to Friday, shared with an experienced PMHNP.
• No weekend calls; optional weekend calls available for extra pay.
• Flexible outpatient schedule for ages 13+, 20 hours weekly, with a hybrid work model.
• Full-time, contract role with a starting annual salary from $550,000, plus a $20,000 sign-on bonus.
