Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Associate Mental Health Professional to support individuals experiencing mental health challenges. This role involves working directly with clients to provide emotional support, assist with treatment plans, and connect individuals with appropriate mental health and community resources.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to individuals with mental health needs
- Assist licensed professionals with treatment plans and client care
- Conduct client intakes, assessments, and documentation
- Support clients in accessing mental health, healthcare, housing, and community resources
- Maintain accurate and timely client records
- Follow all confidentiality, ethical, and professional standards
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or higher in Mental Health, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field (or currently pursuing)
- Experience in mental health, behavioral health, or human services preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work compassionately with diverse populations
- Knowledge of confidentiality and professional boundaries
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
