ABA Program Director, BCBA Job Description — Crossway Pediatric Therapy and Academy

Role focus

  • Clinical oversight of ABA services within a multidisciplinary model (ABA + OT + PT + ST)
  • Strong emphasis on collaboration, ethics, and functional outcomes
  • Works well in a structured private school school setting for special needs Prek-8th grades

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS)
  • Develop and update individualized treatment plans
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs (direct + indirect supervision)
  • Provide parent/caregiver training
  • Collaborate with OT, PT, SLP, and school staff
  • Ensure ethical compliance, documentation, and data integrity
  • Participate in program development and quality improvement

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree required
  • Active BCBA certification
  • 1–2+ years clinical experience (pediatric preferred)

Structure

  • Program Director → BCBA → RBT
  • Each BCBA supervises ~ 8 RBTS

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $102,000.00 per year
