ABA Program Director, BCBA Job Description — Crossway Pediatric Therapy and Academy
Role focus
- Clinical oversight of ABA services within a multidisciplinary model (ABA + OT + PT + ST)
- Strong emphasis on collaboration, ethics, and functional outcomes
- Works well in a structured private school school setting for special needs Prek-8th grades
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS)
- Develop and update individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor RBTs (direct + indirect supervision)
- Provide parent/caregiver training
- Collaborate with OT, PT, SLP, and school staff
- Ensure ethical compliance, documentation, and data integrity
- Participate in program development and quality improvement
Qualifications
- Master’s degree required
- Active BCBA certification
- 1–2+ years clinical experience (pediatric preferred)

Structure
- Program Director → BCBA → RBT
- Each BCBA supervises ~ 8 RBTS
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $102,000.00 per year
