As a growing group practice, we are also working to build a justice-oriented employment model for our therapists, providing full transparency in compensation and providing the fairest compensation we can offer to all who work with us.

We are seeking mental health therapists to fill 6 1099 contract positions.

1099/Contractor compensation: $50/hour

Ideal candidates would be able trauma informed, EMDR-trained (EMDRIA approved training), social justice-oriented, with values aligned with ours. Medicare credentialed preferred.

We also have need for therapists skilled at IFS, Somatic Experiencing, neurodiversity, HAES, OCD, and more.

All our therapists will have access to referrals, and to the electronic medical record SimplePractice, which was chosen for its efficient documentation abilities to make life easier for our staff. We also provide billing support, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, and virtual assistant/scheduling staff. You have the option of attending biweekly virtual group consultations.
