Experteer Overview In this role you will provide comprehensive mental health care to children and adolescents, including individual evaluations and outpatient therapy (individual and group) within the Ohana program. You will educate patients, families, and professionals on mental health topics and collaborate with the Ohana Clinical Team on program development and community prevention efforts. This is a dynamic, impact-focused position that combines clinical,- Compensation / Benefits • Conduct individual evaluations and provide outpatient treatment (individual and group) for children and adolescents. • Deliver education on mental health topics to patients, families, communities, and professionals. • Collaborate with the Ohana Clinical Team on program development for emerging treatment settings and community prevention programs. • Treat patients within the Ohana program and participate in multidisciplinary care. • Contribute to quality of care, safety, teamwork, and public relations in line with Ohana’s mission. Tasks • Three years minimum experience in mental health inpatient and outpatient treatment settings with children and adolescents. • California Psychology License required with PsyD. • BLS certification (American Heart Association) required. • AVADE certification to be obtained within first year of hire. • Complete mandatory 5150 training for Monterey County and yearly 5150 professional staff authorization. • Live Scan fingerprint clearance required by the Department of Healthcare Services.
