ABA Connections is looking to hire a registered behavior technician (RBT) to provide one to one behavioral treatment, as described in the child’s treatment plan, to children with autism. A board certified behavior analyst (BCBA) assesses the child, creates goals and data sheets, evaluates and updates programs, and provides ongoing supervision to the technician for about 10-20% of the time. The technician is responsible for delivering the services and working with a child for about 2-3 hours/session. The skills taught within ABA are: social interactions, social communication, play, flexibility, and problem behavior reduction.

Clients usually range from 2-5 years in age. ABA Connections is open from 8am to 3pm, offers weekly staff training, Paid Holidays and sick, supervisor support, opportunities for growth, and is currently offering employment for 25-32 hours/week.
