Job Summary: State licensure requirements.

Requirements:

• Valid licensure as LISW-S, LWS, or LPCC in Ohio.
• Verifiable credentials and an active license in good standing.
• 3-5 years of experience in behavioral health, preferably with youth and in group home or residential settings.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with electronic health record systems and documentation standards.
• Must be 21 years or older and available for on-site or virtual support 24/7, depending on clinical needs.
• Must pass a background check.

Compensation & Contract Details:

• Pay: $70-$74.59 per hour, based on experience.
• Job Type: 1099 Contractor
• Expected Hours: Minimum of 20 hours per week.

The ideal candidates will possess strong leadership skills, experience in mental health counseling or social work, and the ability to build rapport with clients, particularly youth in group home settings. This is a 1099 contract position with flexible hybrid work arrangements.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality counseling, social work services, and clinical supervision to staff.
• Develop and oversee Service Plans, Behavior Intervention Plans, and assessments for clients.
• Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess mental health needs.
• Ensure social work practices adhere to state regulations and ethical standards.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record system.
• Review and sign off on service notes and documentation for submission to agencies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Attend clinical staff and group home meetings, providing education and training as needed.
• Provide on-call support via videoconferencing as required by client needs.
• Oversee case coordination, case conferences, and therapeutic programming for youth.
• Stay current with best practices
