Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $45,000–$60,000 (based on experience)

Position Summary

The Client Service Coordinator plays a critical support role in a fast-paced, client-focused financial services environment. This individual will act as a key “utility player,” supporting up to four advisors or team members while ensuring smooth client experiences, proactive meeting preparation, and efficient use of internal systems and resources. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and committed to long-term growth within the firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and client service support to up to four team members
  • Prepare and manage client documentation for meetings and follow-ups
  • Proactively anticipate advisor and client needs rather than reacting to issues
  • Coordinate client service activities and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Utilize CRM systems and internal software tools efficiently
  • Follow advisor-specific job duties and workflows (detailed JDs provided by Stan’s advisors)
  • Maintain compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements
  • Serve as a flexible team resource, wearing multiple hats as needed

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Experience working in a fast-paced professional environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive, can-do attitude with a proactive mindset
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and internal software tools
  • Ability to support multiple stakeholders simultaneously
  • Willingness to obtain Life & Health insurance license within the first 3 months (or already licensed)
  • Willingness to pass the following exams within 9 months:
  • SIE
  • Series 6
  • Series 63
  • (All study materials reimbursed upon passing)

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Background or experience in financial services
  • Familiarity with investment or insurance environments

Training & Development

  • Hands-on, on-the-job training
  • Home-office training programs
  • Full support provided for licensing and exam preparation

Experience & Education

  • Prior workforce experience required; tenure and long-term commitment strongly preferred
  • Education and certifications not required at hire but licensing milestones must be met within defined timelines

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
