Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Winter Park/ Orlando area
IMMEDIATE FULL TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE.

Direct Behavioral Strategies is looking for RBT's that are professional, motivated and invested in the field of ABA. We want the best RBT's that are looking to grow in this field. We have two clinic locations in Kissimmee and Winter Park and we work in schools and homes throughout Orange, Seminole, Osceola and Lake County.

We are a small company that focuses on quality and not quantity. We ensure that you are supported in all areas and you have direct contact with your supervisor and the owner so you are never left to figure things out on your own. We take the time to get to know our families so we can assign the right RBT and BCBA to each case.

We recently received our 3 year accreditation through the BHCOE and we are proud to meet the highest professional standards in our field.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provides direct ABA therapy in the home, community, school or center.
  • Collects data on skill acquisition programming as well as target behaviors for deceleration daily.
  • Submits data and service logs electronically daily.
  • Demonstrates for parents how to implement programming and interventions on a consistent basis.
  • Attends bi-monthly RBT Training as scheduled.
  • Meets with supervisor for weekly supervision.
  • Follows the confirmed schedule with minimal cancellations and tardiness.
  • Consistently demonstrates a high level of integrity, responsibility, accountability, teamwork and ethics.

Educational and Experience Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Bachelors degree in the social services field
  • RBT Certification
  • At least two years of experience working with children with autism, developmental disabilities or significant problem behaviors.
  • Medicaid Provider with active Medicaid number
