Experteer Overview In this role you lead the Psychology Services department at a BOP facility, shaping clinical programming and department strategy. You oversee assessment, evaluation, training, supervision, and program development, aligning with correctional care standards. You guide specialized treatment programs and contribute to research and program evaluation. You collaborate with staff to advance organizational development while maintaining security responsibilities.
