Compensation:
- $50-60K + Benefits (Vision, Medical, Dental, 401K, Paid Time Off, Family Leave)

Our company operates Residential Treatment Programs for individuals with Substance Abuse Disorder. We seek not merely to restore sobriety, but to transform our patients? worlds from a state of everlasting darkness to vibrant technicolor. Is knowledgeable about therapeutic modalities and able to adjust to group dynamics

Collaborates effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Organizes, plans, and manages caseload and group sessions efficiently
Seeks continued growth and stays updated on evidence-based practices

Is adaptive, proactive, and open to feedback
Prioritizes patient safety and long-term success
Responsibilities
Facilitate structured, therapeutic group sessions for assigned patients
Apply appropriate clinical interventions and modify group content to meet patient needs
Provide education, support, and therapeutic interaction in a group setting
Assist with discharge planning including FMLA, Short-Term Disability, and sober housing
Attend and participate in treatment team meetings
Collaborate with clinical staff, case management, and nursing to support patient progress
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes
Contribute to a positive, respectful, team-oriented culture
Perform other duties as assigned
Report directly to the Clinical Director
Qualifications
Active state license required
Master?s degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field required
2+ years of experience in a clinical role preferred
Experience in chemical dependency treatment preferred
Competency in Microsoft Office and electronic health records
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interest or personal passion in substance abuse treatment strongly preferred
Commitment to a drug-free lifestyle and responsible alcohol use is essential
Authorization to work in the US is required
