We are seeking a highly qualified and compassionate School Psychologist to join our team and support our elementary-age students.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychoeducational assessments, including cognitive, achievement, behavioral, and social–emotional evaluations.
  • Interpret assessment results and prepare written reports with educational recommendations.
  • Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and contribute to eligibility decisions.
  • Provide consultation and support to teachers, administrators, and parents regarding student learning and behavior.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based interventions to support academic and social–emotional needs.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Serve as a member of the student support team to identify barriers to learning.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support when needed.
  • Train and support school staff in mental health awareness and best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology or related field from an accredited program.
  • Must hold a Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSP) credential, valid for practice in the State of Texas.
  • Knowledge of current best practices in assessment, intervention, and consultation.
  • Experience working with elementary-age children preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
