Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – up to $30/hr Starting Pay

Vivo ABA is a growing, clinician-owned ABA practice providing high-quality in-home and school-based services throughout Central Florida. We are currently seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are passionate about ethical, individualized ABA services and want to work in a supportive, well-structured environment.
Compensation
- Starting at up to $30/hour

Position Type
- Part-time and Full-time opportunities available
- In-home and school-based services
- No clinic setting
Required Qualifications
- Active RBT certification (required)
- Minimum of 2 years of ABA experience as an RBT
- Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations
- Low call out rate
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to implement treatment plans with fidelity under BCBA supervision
Preferred Skills
- Experience with data collection and skill acquisition programs
- Knowledge of behavior reduction strategies and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Professional, compassionate, and family-centered approach
- Comfortable collaborating with parents, schools, and supervisors
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized ABA treatment plans developed by a BCBA
- Collect accurate data on client progress
- Utilize evidence-based behavior strategies
- Maintain professionalism and ethical standards in all sessions
- Participate in supervision and ongoing training
