Vivo ABA is a growing, clinician-owned ABA practice providing high-quality in-home and school-based services throughout Central Florida. We are currently seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are passionate about ethical, individualized ABA services and want to work in a supportive, well-structured environment.

Compensation

• Starting at up to $30/hour

Position Type

• Part-time and Full-time opportunities available
• In-home and school-based services
• No clinic setting

Required Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (required)
• Minimum of 2 years of ABA experience as an RBT
• Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations
• Low call out rate
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to implement treatment plans with fidelity under BCBA supervision

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data collection and skill acquisition programs
• Knowledge of behavior reduction strategies and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Professional, compassionate, and family-centered approach
• Comfortable collaborating with parents, schools, and supervisors

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect accurate data on client progress
• Utilize evidence-based behavior strategies
• Maintain professionalism and ethical standards in all sessions
• Participate in supervision and ongoing training
