Mobile Licensed Social Worker

As the Licensed Social Worker you will assist in planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and assisting to direct the overall operation of the Social Services Department at a Legacy Health Service facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, as well as our established policies and procedures.
Education and Experience

• Must possess, as a minimum, a Bachelor's Degree from an approved school of Social Work
• Active LSW license in good standing required
• Must have, as a minimum, 2 year supervised social work experience in a health care setting working directly with individuals
• Long term care experience preferred
