Guidewire Inc. is a Non-Profit Human Service Agency that provides residential, and day supports to adults with developmental disabilities throughout Hampden & Berkshire counties. We are seeking a highly motivated, personable, and communicative team member to join our multi-disciplinary Clinical team. The ideal candidate will possess a willingness to learn, a desire to help others, and a desire to make a difference in the lives of adults with disabilities. The BCBA role provides evaluation, research of interventions, staff training, clinical assessments, applied behavior analytic interventions, skill building, and drafting behavior plans for individuals supported by Guidewire, Inc. This is a (35-40) hour per week position, with flexibility. We offer 4-weeks PTO + 56 hours Personal/sick, + 11 Holidays, health, dental, 401K with match potential, and a safe work and supportive environment for EVERYBODY. Qualification preferences:

  • BCBA Credential
  • LABA Credential
  • Master’s Degree preferred, or, working on completing master’s degree in ABA
  • ASL fluency is a plus!
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus!
