Job Summary

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing evidence-based ABA therapy plans designed to improve their communication, social, and behavioral skills. You will be responsible for collecting data, reporting outcomes, and collaborating with our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Implement ABA therapy plans in the home setting

  • Collect data and report outcomes to BCBAs

  • Collaborate with BCBAs to modify therapy plans as needed

  • Communicate with parents and caregivers to ensure a seamless transition between therapy sessions

  • Provide a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for clients

  • Maintain accurate records of client sessions and progress

Requirements

  • $25 - $30 HOURLY salary

  • PART_TIME_AND_FULL_TIME schedule available

  • 0 minimum years of experience

  • CERTIFICATE level of education (RBT, BCaBA, or related field)
