We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a permanent, ongoing role supporting clients across home, school, clinic, and community environments.

Position Overview

The BCBA is responsible for conducting assessments, developing and overseeing behavior intervention plans, supervising RBTs and BCaBAs, and ensuring high-quality service delivery in compliance with BACB and insurance standards.
Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify individual needs and strengths.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor customized behavior intervention plans grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to track progress and adjust treatment strategies effectively.
  • Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and support staff to ensure fidelity of interventions.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and medical professionals to coordinate care plans and promote generalization of skills.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation, patient records, and compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and legal standards are met.
  • Participate in intake assessments, patient care planning, and ongoing clinical meetings to support comprehensive service delivery.

Requirements

  • Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder.
  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methods.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance standards.
  • Experience conducting patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and behavioral health interventions.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and engaging families effectively.
