Early Intervention Register Behavior Technician

KidsLink Connect is an all year round ABA center-based program that focuses on 1:1 programming for children with autism or other developmental disorders. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will directly work under a Board Certified Behavior Analysis (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior support plans as well as implement programming that fits the child's needs such as social, language/communication, daily living, academic skills, and more. RBT's are also responsible for data collection (frequency, duration, accuracy, probe, etc) and graphing based off of the BCBA's recommendations.

Upon hire, new employees that do not have the RBT certification will be enrolled, at no cost, in a 40 hour online RBT course that meets the content in the RBT task list developed by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. KidsLink will also cover costs of application fees, the Registered Behavioral Technician Examination, and yearly renewal of the RBT certification.

Educational Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent

Other requirements:
Must commit to a one year contract.
At minimum must have two evening available

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
