Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will design, implement, and oversee behavioral intervention plans tailored to individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. This role involves conducting assessments, analyzing data, and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to promote meaningful progress in clients’ development and well-being. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis, and working with children and individuals with disabilities in a clinical or educational setting.

Responsibilities

  • Develop individualized behavior intervention plans based on comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and assessments.
  • Conduct behavioral assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBA) and diagnostic evaluations.
  • Implement evidence-based behavioral therapies such as applied behavior analysis (ABA) to support clients' developmental goals.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  • Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and staff implementing interventions.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure consistency across environments.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation, records, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Conduct intake assessments for new clients and participate in ongoing patient care activities.
  • Ensure all services adhere to ethical standards and best practices in behavioral health and special education.

Skills

  • Extensive knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and applied behavior analysis (ABA).
  • Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder.
  • Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and reporting for behavioral interventions.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, patient assessment, and diagnostic evaluation processes.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team while maintaining confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines.
  • Excellent communication skills for working with clients’ families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare providers.
  • Patience, empathy, and a commitment to patient care and behavioral health excellence. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Base Pay: $55.00 - $75.00 per hour
