Leading Edge Academy is accepting applications for a Full Time School Social worker at our Gilbert Campuses.
- Master's Degree in Social Work or School Counselor required
- Two or more years experience preferred.
- AZ State Fingerprint clearance card required.
The Leading Edge Charter Network is K-12, with an emphasis on advanced academics and character development, utilizing a best practices/data-driven instruction model and current, research-based curriculum. Leading Edge Academy has a history of academic excellence and student achievement. Additionally, we use a values- based program to challenge our students to improve their character and enhance their relationships. Our schools have small class sizes and a safe family feel.
The School Social Worker position is for the 2025-2026 School Year. Salary is commensurate with experience. Benefits available, but not part of the AZ State retirement system.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year
